Product Manager, CRM
The Product Manager, CRM, reports to the Director of Product Management. Our company is a leader in providing compelling rail journeys and is looking to innovate within the rail tourism industry by delivering cutting‑edge solutions that transform guest and partner experiences. As Product Manager you will own the success of the CRM product end‑to‑end - shaping strategy, guiding continuous discovery, prioritizing outcomes, and partnering closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver value.
Key Areas of Accountability
- Strategic Leadership : Contribute to developing the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Collaborate with senior leaders to set quarterly objectives and guide the product team to achieve them.
- Guest Focus : Engage regularly with guests, championing their voice and ensuring their needs and feedback are central to product development decisions.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams and foster external relationships with business partners and customers.
- Market & Data Analysis : Conduct thorough internal and external research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, using data to inform and drive product strategy.
- Product Development : Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to value realization by ensuring the delivery of timely insights, prototypes, tests, and solutions.
- Risk and Compliance : Ensure products comply with relevant standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Metrics : Establish and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure product success and inform future strategies, consistently communicating results back to senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
- Innovation : Drive a culture of innovation, encouraging creative solutions and continuous improvement across product teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 5 years in product management or related roles (e.g., engineering, design, delivery, product marketing).CRM expertise and experience in maturing CRM capabilities to drive tangible business outcomes.Proficient in the product operating model, agile methodologies, and product development lifecycle.Experience with agile delivery methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and frameworks for technical products (initiatives, features, epics, user stories).Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and drive results.Capacity to drive insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis.Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access experience.Work Environment
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.Corporate office – Vancouver based; hybrid role with a minimum 3 days / week in the office.Compensation & Benefits
