Project Coordinator for flooring company

Details :

Salary : $65,000 per annum

Commission on top of salary

Working hours- Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Some evening and weekends when required

Port Coquitlam office location

Job Duties :

Travel to customer locations for measurements and sample presentations.

Build and submit quotes for flooring projects.

Manage the timing, profitability, and quality of jobs.

Collaborate with Vendor Representatives to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Work with management to develop a marketing strategy that drives sales.

Develop and maintain relationships with project managers and insurance adjusters.

Handle service calls and post-sales activities, coordinating them with project coordinators.

Collect deposits and final payments for upgrades and private jobs.

Provide feedback and demonstrate initiative in operational procedures, staying current on industry trends.

Foster a healthy teamwork environment, treating everyone with respect and dignity.

Ensure the showroom is clean and organized at all times.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
