Our diverse menu features highlights such as sicilian pizzas, fresh salads, succulent steaks, and vegetables dishes. We proudly offer over labels of wine, spirits, beer, and gourmet provisions available for purchase or to enjoy during a sit-down experience.

We are looking for part time Guest Service Team members. Our GS team members will be responsible for creating a positive guest experience that first begins with a welcoming and genuine greeting to our guests. You are a critical member of the team and will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to ensure a positive first and last impression. Our team will always go out of their way to take care of our guest’s special requests. Working with a team first mentality and going above and beyond is something they do proudly. Duties :

• Greet customers as soon as they walk through the door
• Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
• Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment
• Seat guests and let them know about any features
• Rotate seating between different sections to ensure even workloads for server and bar service team
• Answer phones politely and schedule reservations
• Perform other duties as assigned Guest Service Requirements :
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Previous restaurant or hotel experience an asset
• Great welcoming smile
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
• Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, e-mail, prior knowledge of POS systems, Opentable, Touch Bistro and Sevenrooms extremely helpful
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
• Strong communication skills
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Great with time management and multitasking
• Previous experience in customer service
• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to lift, balance and carry a tray of up to 10 pounds
