Automotive Service Technician

Are you an Automotive Technician looking for a new opportunity with a highly respected dealership in Edmonton? Our client is looking for talented technicians of all experience levels, from apprentices to seasoned Journeyman / woman.

Job Description

Working with our client, you'll be integral in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure safety and performance. Our client values skilled technicians who are hands-on, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve various automotive issues efficiently.
  • Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
  • Keep a clean, organized workspace for safe and efficient repairs.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist in heavy lifting or moving equipment as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle needs and repair status.

Qualifications

  • Open to all levels of experience, from apprentice to Journeyman / woman (Red Seal Certification is an asset).
  • Prior experience in a dealership or repair setting is valued but not required.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools; a focus on safety.
  • Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude.
