About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a robust background in telecom BSS systems. The role involves general product management support, legacy biller migration/evolution project execution, and other BSS and GTM support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions in the telecommunications domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform future strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in product management roles within the telecom industry, focusing on BSS systems.
• Strong understanding of telecom networks, service provisioning, billing systems, and customer management platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
