Job Title : Recent Grad Software Engineer

Location : Toronto(Hybrid)

Job Type : 6 month contract (extendable)

On-Site : 4 days per week in office

About the Role

We are seeking a RECENT Comp Sci Grad Full-Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), databases, version control, and RESTful APIs . In this role, you will work on cutting-edge solutions using React, Node.js, and .NET or Java applications , collaborating with a team of innovative developers.

If you enjoy solving complex problems and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment , this role is perfect for you. Additionally, we encourage exploration of emerging technologies, including potential experimentation with CoPilot Studio development .

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and .NET or Java .
Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using RESTful APIs and modern database technologies .
Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and collaborate on projects efficiently.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end components.
Research and experiment with emerging technologies , including AI-driven tools like CoPilot Studio .
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in full-stack development .

Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js .

Proficiency in .NET or Java-based applications .

Solid understanding of OOP principles, databases, version control (Git), and RESTful APIs .

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex applications .

Passion for innovation and willingness to explore new technologies .

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud .

Knowledge of AI-powered development tools like CoPilot Studio .

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
