Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional who can take ownership of a fast-paced, multi-entity AP function. This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone with 5–10 years of hands‑on AP experience who thrives on independence, accuracy, and efficiency.

You’ll manage AP across multiple business units , handle high-volume invoice processing , job costing , employee expenses , and support a range of accounting functions. The right candidate will be self‑sufficient , confident in running their own processes, and capable of juggling priorities without missing a beat.

• Full‑cycle Accounts Payable – process, verify, and code invoices across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approval processes.
• Vendor Relations – maintain strong communication with vendors, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Job Costing Support – post invoices and allocate costs to jobs accurately to maintain project financial integrity.
• Expense Processing – review and process employee expenses with attention to company policy and proper documentation.
• Cross‑Functional Support – assist with other accounting activities such as month‑end reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation as required.
• Continuous Improvement – proactively identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and strengthen controls within the AP function.
