Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customer questions and issues related to heavy‑equipment inventory.
• Process shipping and receiving documents for equipment movement and enter data into relevant systems.
• Identify serial numbers, record equipment details, and apply correct labels.
• Promote a culture where the health and safety of employees and customers is a top priority.
• Provide assistance to the Detailed Equipment Inspection (DEI) team.
• Assist the Sales team with appraisals and write‑ups in the field between peak periods, as required.
