As we expand into Canada, we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our growth and operations remotely.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to assess and improve business processes, optimize operations, and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with our leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement and support expansion strategies in the Canadian market.

Responsibilities :

Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to improve operations.
Gather and document business requirements for various projects.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support expansion efforts.
Identify trends and insights to improve business performance.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT, sales, and marketing teams to implement process improvements.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or fashion.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools.

Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
