Responsibilities
- Analyzing and documenting client needs;
- Supporting the client in validating and understanding the analysis;
- Identifying process optimization opportunities;
- Communicating customer requirements in functional specifications to the development team;
- Designing and assisting in the execution of data migration processes;
- Integrating existing systems with the module;
- Conducting integrated testing;
- Participating in quality control and ensuring the integrity of information;
- Ensuring the smooth implementation of the solution;
- Documenting the different solutions implemented (business rules, flow rules, schematics, user documentation, etc.);
- Training and supporting customers in the use of the solution;
- Developing and participating in solution sales demos as required.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related discipline;
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in configuration, customization and integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365;
- Strong organizational skills with a strong sense of priorities;
- Autonomy and leadership;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French. Thinkmax has clients in Toronto, Moncton and the United States;
- bilingualism is essential in order to properly serve all our clients;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- May travel on a regular basis to Canada and the United States.
