Senior Contaminated Sites & Remediation Manager

DWB / CRGL is a newly merged consulting firm specializing in services and solutions for the resource sector. With a close-knit team, a diverse client base, and a strong reputation for quality and service, the company operates offices throughout British Columbia. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Contaminated Sites & Remediation Manager to lead large-scale contaminated site assessments, remediation, and reclamation projects. This role offers both field and office responsibilities with opportunities to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.

Job Responsibilities :

The Immediate responsibilities for the Senior Contaminated Sites & Remediation Manager will include :

• Leading and managing comprehensive Phase I, II, and III environmental site assessments for contaminated lands, including groundwater monitoring and risk assessments.
• Overseeing contaminated site remediation planning, implementation, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Managing large area-based remediation, decommissioning, and reclamation projects across British Columbia.
• Collaborating with clients, government agencies, Indigenous groups, and stakeholders for successful project delivery and compliance.
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing multi-disciplinary environmental teams including junior and senior staff.
• Providing technical leadership in the preparation and review of technical reports, remedial designs, work plans, budgets, and proposals.
• Participating in business development by preparing proposals and delivering technical presentations.
• Contributing to health and safety programs, ensuring adherence to occupational safety standards on projects.

Compensation :

The pay range for this position is $52- $70 per hour; pay will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The position comes with a benefits package and is eligible for our RRSP program.
