Join us with an open mind on the future of work!SummaryThis position is accountable for day to day management of installation project timelines as well as project progress presentation and financial tracking.ResponsibilitiesProject Resource Planning : Ensure a large volume of projects are scheduled and appropriately resourced, including technicians, equipment, and sub-contractors.Monitor and Verify Project Progress : Maintain and validate the project schedule, ensuring resources match project requirements to meet delivery timeframes.Communication : Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, sub-contractors, and customers.Identify and Manage Risks : Address risks related to health and safety, completion timelines, and equipment / resource availability.Budget Oversight and Management : Track and monitor actual costs versus quoted costs, and rationalize and quantify any variations.Support Inventory Management : Assist with tasks like truck counts and receiving orders / POs into the in-house database.Reporting and Documentation : Prepare weekly project summary documents, lead production meetings with management, and handle all project close-out documentation.Quality and Customer Satisfaction : Ensure projects meet code and Enercare standards of practice, and liaise with customers to convey timelines, access requirements, and any issues.Health & Safety : Conduct line observations, truck inspections, and prepare safe work plans, equipment certifications, and notices of projects.QualificationsUniversity degree from an accredited Canadian institutionBasic HVAC and mechanical knowledge is an assetProficiency in MS office programs, particularly Excel and Microsoft project.Enercare is an equal opportunity employer.
