We are looking for a Project Assistant to join a dynamic and passionate team within a general contracting company based in Quebec. This multidisciplinary company, specializing in construction and engineering, has extensive experience with large-scale projects. They offer comprehensive services, ranging from project management to execution.

Responsibilities :

• Perform administrative tasks related to the project
• Work closely with the project manager
• Prepare the necessary documentation for project initiation and completion (CNESST, GCR, CCQ)
• Generate and send purchase orders
• Prepare the project file for the site supervisor
• Ensure the submission of permit applications
• Organize and maintain project documentation
