If you have a passion for Montessori pedagogy and hold an appreciation for the natural world, this is the career opportunity for you! Salmon Arm is a slower paced, picturesque, lake town in the heart of the British Columbian mountains.

We offer a traditional Montessori three-hour Uninterrupted Work Cycle in the morning and then embark on regular afternoon adventures in nature with our students. We are seeking a lead Montessori educator to teach our morning work cycle and co‑teach our afternoon Nature Study Program.

Preference will be given to applicants interested in completing the three-year-cycle at minimum.

Requirements :

• Montessori Teaching Diploma (AMI or MACTE)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• Clear criminal record
• First Aid
• Creative abilities must be well developed.

Compensation :

$31 per hour

$25 per hour
