About the role
Our client, an established organization specializing in large-scale program delivery, is launching a brand-new energy efficiency program in Québec and is seeking an Operations Analyst to support its successful rollout and ongoing operations.
This role sits within the client’s operations team and will play a key part in program reporting, data analysis, and cross-team operational support. The team is collaborative, fast-moving, and committed to delivering high-quality results that contribute to meaningful environmental impact across the province.
Key responsibilities
As an Operations Analyst, you will :
- Manage program-related data and conduct complex analyses aligned with operational and reporting needs
- Produce detailed program reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with contractual requirements, and professional presentation
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI trackers to support performance monitoring and decision-making
- Create and enhance analytical tools and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Provide reporting and analytical support to staff and managers across multiple teams working on the same program
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, tools, and internal workflows

Strong candidates will bring :
2+ years of experience in an operations, analytics, or program support roleExperience in energy efficiency, sustainability, utilities, or a related field (an asset, not required)A Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related disciplineExperience with financial reporting, client reporting, and / or invoicingStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power Query and Power BI is a strong assetA data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail and a service-oriented approachVotre partenaire en recrutement – Your recruitment partner
