Requirements
- G2 TSSA Certificate
- G1 TSSA Certificate Preferred - or willing to obtain
- 313 Refrigeration Preferred - or willing to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years experience in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties
- Customer service experience - including the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
Experience :
Condo / Highrise : 3 years (preferred)
Licence / Certification :
- G2 TSSA Certificate (required)
- G1 TSSA Certificate (preferred)
- 313A Apprenticeship (preferred)
- 313A Certificate (preferred)
