Financial Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Financial Business Analyst to support financial systems, reporting, and data integrity across the organization. In this role, you will be the intersection of finance, data, and business intelligence, supporting critical processes and tools in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers you the opportunity to work on business-critical systems and data, with high visibility and impact across Finance and Operations.

What you’ll do

• Provide advanced user support and training on financial and operational systems
• Maintain and develop reports using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics)
• Monitor and validate data across data warehouses, ERP, PLM, and BI platforms
• Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated workflows
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to resolve data and process issues
