Leads full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments, up to high-level positions and develops proactive recruitment marketing activities to support robust candidate funnels against hiring forecasts.
Prioritizes candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and utilizes our Employee Value Proposition to position PCL as an employer of choice.
Maintains and updates applicant tracking recruitment database, analyzing statistics to report Key Performance Indicators.
Develops and maintains a strategic and consultative relationship with district HR and hiring managers for the district.
Keeps informed of market conditions, trends, and programs to collaborate on strategic recruitment recommendations.
Supports international recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred.
3-5 years of progressive experience in a high-volume corporate recruiter role or experienced agency role.
Strong business acumen, with an understanding of multiple industry practices is an asset.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Strong networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain networks.
Previous experience recruiting construction professionals would be considered an asset.
