Job Description :

Prefers tech co’s preferably startups over financial services.

Core Java - Write very clean and very high performance Java code.

Spring Boot.

Independent thinker.

Good integration testing / data structures.

Kafka or Mongo.

Kubernetes, containers, CI / DI exp are plus.

Low latency an advantage.

Qualifications :

• 8-12 years of hands‑on experience in Java backend development.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Able to implement high throughput, low‑latency, extremely reliable frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Java technology such as garbage collection internal, dependency injection, annotation, threading model, and synchronization primitives.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
