We are currently in search of a career orientated person to join our Customer Service team on both the plumbing and electrical side. The position operates in a fast paced, dynamic, rewarding environment and will assume responsibility for all counter sales and product returns while providing expertise as a member of the customer service team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Offering exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phoneResponding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and ordersProcessing orders in the systemSourcing materials for customers when currently not in stockConsistent training and understanding of current productsDeveloping and maintaining positive customer relationshipsHandling returns as requiredKeeping counter and sales area cleanMerchandising and showcasing productOther duties as requiredSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Minimum grade 12 education requiredPost-Secondary courses in Plumbing, Electrical or Heating are considered an assetKnowledge of the Plumbing, Electrical and Heating industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an assetFinal candidates will be required to undergo an assessment and security screening, including a criminal record check. Employment is subject to screening completion that is satisfactory to Bartle & Gibson.
25.00-$27.50 hourly
