Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Manage an existing book of business by working closely with Producers and Insurance companies to ensure smooth account management.
• Oversee the administrative functions of the business, including the processing of renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing, certificates, binders, quoting, and general inquiries (phone calls, emails).
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to support the growth and success of the brokerage.
• Represent Five Star Insurance at industry events and foster strong relationships with insurance carriers.
• Provide mentorship and support to new producers and other team members, helping them grow in their roles and achieve success.
