Intent of the process
The intent of this process is to fill one (1) position on an indeterminate (permanent) basis in Ottawa, Ontario.
A pool of partially or essentially qualified candidates may be established through this process, and used to staff identical or similar positions with various employment tenures (temporary and permanent), language profiles, operational requirements, and conditions of employment at the Department of National Defence.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)
EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (see note).
The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are :
Coaching certificate from an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited institution.
EX1 : Experience planning, managing and delivering a coaching program for individuals or teams (e.g. executive coaching, life coaching or performance coaching).
EX2 : Experience in developing and writing reports and information notes using relevant information from different data sources and presenting impartial and clear material for management and clients.
EX3 : Experience establishing and maintaining liaison with other departments, interested parties or organizations.
EX4 : Experience writing clear and concise written material based on researching, analyzing, synthesizing, and summarizing data.

AE4 : Experience administering psychometric assessment debrief such as EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360 or IEQ9 (Individual or Group).
AE5 : Training or experience in group and / or team coaching, such as Systemic Team Coaching.
