We are looking for two experienced professionals to join a client in the insurance industry. This fully remote position offers the chance to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment supporting customers with group disability claims and inquiries. It s an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collaborative and supportive team.

What is in it for you :

Hourly salary of $21.00 to $23.43 based on experience.

12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Work schedule : Monday to Friday with rotating shifts between 8 : 00 am and 8 : 00 pm.

Fully remote open to candidates across Canada.

Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Communicate effectively with plan members and sponsors in a calm professional manner.

Access and manage information from internal systems.

Research and resolve inquiries within established timelines.

Handle sensitive issues while ensuring the confidentiality of personal information.

Provide technical support for online claim submissions including password resets and troubleshooting with client systems.

What you will need to succeed :

Postsecondary education is required.

1 year of customer service experience.

Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).

Proficient computer and keyboarding skills.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Strong communication skills; Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages (preferred).

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines.
