About the Role :

Cyient Inc. is seeking a Process Planner to join our Mechanical and Industrial Engineering team in Mirabel. The ideal candidate will have experience in validating tooling and test equipment required for the assembly and testing of modules and engines, ensuring they meet Pratt & Whitney Canada's quality and engineering standards.

This is an onsite position in Montreal, requiring daily attendance at the location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assembly & Test Instruction Development : Plan, develop, and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES.
• Tooling & Equipment Validation : Define and validate the necessary tooling and test equipment for assembling and testing modules and engines in accordance with P&WC quality and engineering standards.
• Documentation Management : Maintain the Engine Center General Instructions (ECGI), which guide assemblers in performing standard work.
• Support & Implementation : Assist with CVIS and data plate machine (ROFFIN) programming and support the implementation and programming of the Torque Measuring System (TMS).
• Quality & Safety Participation : Participate in PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and RPN (Risk Priority Number) determination.
