Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Production Technician role located in Burnaby, BC.
We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on technical support to customers, manage RMAs and spare parts kits, and help our sales and engineering teams solve product‑related challenges.
You’ll be the go‑to person for troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service‑someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and making a real impact on customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical troubleshooting support.
- Manage RMA (Return Material Authorization) requests from start to finish.
- Handle spare parts‑ identify required parts, coordinate fulfillment, and track inventory.
- Support the Sales team with product information, compatibility questions, and technical details.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Production to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate service and support records in company systems (ERP).
- Assist with inspection, testing, and documentation of repaired or returned units.
- Create and update product support materials, including manuals, troubleshooting guides, and customer‑facing documentation.
Requirements
2‑4 years of experience in technical support, service, or electronics manufacturing.Strong understanding of electronic systems or component‑level troubleshooting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Microsoft Office experience.Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.Experience with ERP systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
