You're a proactive, team-oriented Executive Assistant with a keen eye for detail, solid organizational and event management skills. You're also adept at providing support to Executives, as this role reports to our Executive Vice President of Canadian Operations, providing administrative support ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of their daily activities.
This role requires the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple priority requests across global teams, as you'll act as a seamless extension of the Executive and will work closely with their management teams, other Executive Assistants and Executives. You enjoy problem solving, you're an experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure, and handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Understanding business priorities is second nature to you, and you have demonstrated ability to proactively anticipate needs, coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and itineraries. You thrive in an environment where you've given the autonomy to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.

The salary range for this position is : $60,000.00-$75,000.00
