IT Applications Analyst

The IT Applications Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of the company’s core business applications (CRM, ERP, Quoting Software, and other critical tools). This role ensures that applications run smoothly, are well-integrated with other systems, and fully support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and provide support for core business applications ( CRM, ERP, Quoting Software ).
• Monitor application performance and backend functionality to ensure availability and stability.
• Manage and support system integrations between business applications.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve software-related issues.
• Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into application improvements or configurations.
• Test and validate changes, updates, and new modules before production release.
• Create documentation of configurations, workflows, and implementation.
• User manuals for all business applications.
• Maintain data integrity through validation, cleaning, and monitoring activities.
• Support projects involving application implementation, migration, or upgrades.
