LPN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the overall management of patient needs. This position offers opportunities in LTC , in Penticton. A mixture of all shifts.

Duties :

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, utilizing a trauma informed, patient centered approach
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Lead training / counseling groups
• Initial and ongoing assessments throughout treatment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
