Clinical RN Team Lead

Overview

Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with our client in Surrey, BC, to recruit for a Clinical Registered Nurse Team Lead for an immediate opportunity. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Lead to provide on-site clinical leadership and operational support for our client in Surrey, BC. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care by coordinating nursing activities, supporting a multidisciplinary team, and collaborating with internal and external partners. The Clinical Nurse Lead will also step in to provide direct nursing care when needed, helping to maintain seamless service during staffing gaps. This position is essential in upholding clinical standards, promoting a safe environment, and fostering strong communication between healthcare staff, centre operations, and community resources. Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Coordination

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the nursing team, including clinical decision-making, workflow management, and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee nursing assignments, monitor staffing levels, and step into RN duties when needed to maintain consistent client care.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing performance development in partnership with the Manager of Clinical Practice.
