Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated business analyst to join our Products team. You will play a key role in understanding user needs, defining requirements, and designing solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners (POs) and development teams to deliver user‑friendly, robust, and secure portfolio management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of user needs, particularly for complex features or those requiring market expertise;
• Identify real needs by asking questions to understand the issue or opportunity, what we want to achieve, and why;
• Work closely with Product Owners (POs) from agile development teams to translate user needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories, including acceptance criteria;
• Actively participate in refinement sessions, clarify user stories, and answer questions;
• Work collaboratively with development and testing teams to ensure that the solution developed delivers added value to customers.
• Ensure the quality of the solution by being involved in testing cycles.
• In collaboration with the Product Leader and Product Owners (POs), ensure that everyone shares a common understanding of needs and objectives;
• Assess the feasibility of proposed solutions and their impact on existing operations;
• Ensure that proposed solutions are in line with the product vision;
• Produce clear and concise documentation of user requirements, user stories, and decisions made to facilitate understanding and traceability;
• Provide market expertise when analyzing needs and defining solutions, particularly for aspects related to portfolio management;
• Conduct market research and analyses of the competition and the field of portfolio management;
• Contribute to the definition of product strategy.
