Our Service Technicians install, repair and maintenance all brands of water treatment systems across our district, working closely with their Service Coordinator. As the face of Kaschls Culligan, our technicians are expected to deliver excellent customer service and build strong professional relationships. We set ourselves apart through advanced technology, fully certified staff, authentic and transparent service, and a commitment to educating customers about water quality and the health benefits of our products.
Qualifications :
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Works alone and as a team.
- A class 5 or better driver's license.
- A clean driving record (annual abstract required)
- Criminal record check by RCMP.
- Must be able to lift / carry 50+ lbs.
- Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling.
- Oral and written communication.
- Problem solving.
- Follow instructions.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Decision making.
- Critical thinking.
- Job task planning and organizing.
- Performing all assigned duties in a safety conscious and productive manner.

Responsibilities :
Loading and unloading your vehicle.Performing pre-trip vehicle inspections as required.Job time management.Arranging payments from customers as required.Maintain tool kit.Vehicle inventory.Installations, filter changes.Building equipment based on specs provided.Billing customers based on pricing outlined by head office.Keeping service area clean and tidy.Relaying required inventory to Service Coordinator for ordering.Maintaining retail units, returned, refurbished units.Ability to diagnose over the phone and on site service issues.Ability to perform / read water test to recommend equipment services needed.Ability to install equipment based on notes, pictures, specs provided, be able to be communicated with sales regarding installation questions.Perks & Benefits : Full benefits are available after 3 months.
