Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both English and French to join our clients team in Fredericton, NB on a 6-month Contract basis.
The role offers a competitive salary of $22.22 per hour and requires resolving customer inquiries, updating accounts, and maintaining positive customer relationships within established guidelines.

Responsibilities :
- Resolve customer inquiries and update accounts.

Requirements :
- 1 year customer service experience.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Team player with high school diploma or equivalent.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
