Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in a related field (counseling human resources psychologyetc.)preferred.
- Certificationfrom a recognized Canadian career coaching board (e.g. CertifiedCareer Counselor (CCC) from the National Career DevelopmentAssociation (NCDA) orICF).
- Minimumof 3 years of experience as a career coach or relatedfield.
- Strongunderstanding of career development theories and bestpractices.
- Excellentcommunication interpersonal and active listeningskills.
- Abilityto build rapport and trust with clients from diversebackgrounds.
- Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
- Excellentorganizational skills and time managementabilities.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with career coachingsoftware are aplus.
