The Technical Advisor is responsible for providing customers with as much technical information as possible to guide them through the repair of their bus.
Main functions :
- Answer customer phone calls;
- Listen, analyze customer’s needs and provide detailed explainations the necessary repairs to their bus;
- Effectively communicate with customers, shop staff and warranty staff;
- Build customer loyalty;
- Perform all other related tasks
