Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at Suzanne’s Fashions located in West Kelowna, BC. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the store team, managing inventory, implementing retail strategies, and maintaining the store’s visual presentation. The Store Manager will also focus on driving customer satisfaction and upholding company standards to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Proficient in Store Management with experience in day-to-day retail operations and team leadership
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and other stakeholders
• Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention and the ability to implement security protocols to safeguard store assets
• Ability to create a motivating and positive work environment for team members
• Knowledge of fashion trends and a passion for personalized customer experiences
• Previous management experience in a retail setting preferred
