Job Description

• Hire,train, and assess the performance ofworkers
• Setproduction goals and devise a strategy to achievethem.
• Maintainthe productionschedule.
• Ensure thatthe products meet qualitystandards.
• Produceproductionreports.
• Analyzeproduction data to improveefficiency.
• Control thelayout of equipment and the flow ofmaterials.
• Ensure thatworkers and equipment meet performance and safetystandards.
• Keep an eyeout for hiccups in the process and look for ways toimproveoperations.
• Employeesshould be supervised and giventasks.
• Communicatewith other departments, such as the financialdepartment to create budgets, the human resourcesdepartment to hire new employees, and the logisticsdepartment to ensure product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor'sdegree in manufacturing, business, or engineering ispreferred.
• Prior experience inmanagement or manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellentcommunication and organizational abilities
• Excellentinterpersonal and team-building abilities.
• Strong leadershipabilities and the ability to manage members ofcross-functional teams.
• Manufacturingtechnical competencies (e.g., technical drawings, blueprints,CAD / CAM)
• Knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel and other industry software.

Terms of Employment :

• Full time
• Permanent Position
• 80hours bi-weekly
• Day,Night Shift

Required Years of Experience : 4 to 5 years

Salary : $42.05 -$80.22 per hour
