Senior Account Manager
Job Description
Deliver extraordinary value to our clients by identifying exposures, determining the appropriate solution, and advising the client as to why the solution is the best fit
- Develop marketing specifications and marketing strategies for new business as well as renewals of an assigned book of business
- Provide professional and prompt customer service including phone, email, and walk-in inquiries on new and existing client accounts, including client questions on topics such as coverage, billing, reporting of claims, audits, etc.
Profil
License for the coverages being discussed in good standing required
- Typically, more than 10 years of industry and product line experience broking or underwriting
- Extensive experience in the placement of multi-line coverage on complex accounts
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Requirements
- DEC en administration, en assurances et services financiers ou toutes autres formations pertinentes ; Un minimum de trois mois d'expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance collective serait souhaitable ;
- Certificat en assurance collective émis par l'AMF (un atout) ; Bonne capacité et intérêt à travailler en équipe ; Faire preuve d'un bon esprit d'analyse ;
Avoir un bon sens de l'organisation et de gestion des priorités ; Bonne connaissance de la suite Office
