Job description

We currently looking for a FIFO (fly in / fly out) Site Administrator to work on a remote mining site. Responsibilities :

Produce daily work orders
Fill out and manage timesheets
Organize travel arrangements, including flights and hotels
Onboard new employees
Arrange meetings and handle scheduling
Perform data entry and update databases
File paperwork and maintain organized records
Utilize Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook for daily tasks

Requirements :

Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills

High attention to detail

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)

Experience with Addelink considered an asset

Experience with administrative tasks and logistics coordination

Additional Information :

Start date : July 9th

Prompt weekly pay

Schedule : 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation

Duration : long-term / ongoing

Pay rate : $24 per hour (overtime after 40 hours per week)

Flights, accommodations, and meals provided

12-hour shifts
