JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this role will be to engage in phone-based cold calling and prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive approach to identifying and qualifying leads. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role primarily involves phone-based interactions, constituting 90% of your responsibilities
Make outbound calls and build relationships with new and existing prospects
Attain sales and gross profit objectives set by the Sales Manager.
Responsible for the growth and development of assigned targets.
Regularly call on established accounts.
Establishing and qualifying new accounts.
Aggressively selling all products available.
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers.
Maintaining familiarity with all products and programs
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Manage a customer database.
Provide additional help in areas as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
