Commercial Producer – Remote (Kelowna/Winnipeg)

Description

Our client is looking for multiple Commercial Producers to join their team! The ideal candidate must have General Insurance Level 2 License, and at least 3 years producing experience in Commercial Lines.

Location: Kelowna or Winnipeg

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

• Prospect and produce business from networking, sales intelligence tools and beyond
• Assess the needs of potential clients to advise on coverage requirements
• Offer continuous support from information gathering, quote and to bind to deliver a seamless client experience in a timely manner
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of each client’s risk profile and help clients with any questions
• Provide feedback and insights to enhance products offerings over time

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of producing experience in Commercial Lines
• Proven history of commercial insurance sales, networking and ability to close
• General Insurance Level 2 License; RIBO license is an asset
• Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and management skills
