Located in the heart of downtown Montreal, the company is easily accessible by public transit. YOUR ROLE : Your main responsibilities will include : Preparing and reviewing invoices and ensuring their submission through an electronic billing platform;Analyzing and resolving billing-related issues;Acting as a resource person for information requests and report creation;Creating new electronic accounts and managing their updates;Collaborating with the accounting team on accounts receivable management and other follow-ups. SKILLS REQUIRED : Degree in accounting or any combination of education and experience deemed relevant;Relevant experience in electronic billing within a professional services environment;Strong command of both French and English, spoken and written;Proven experience with electronic billing platforms, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
