About the Role :

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in supporting product strategy & management through various types of business analysis, including client insights & usage, competitive intelligence, product performance analysis.  You will also help the Product team by facilitating our product processes and roadmap planning.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to support operational excellence of the team and that our products are well-positioned, continuously improved, and aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of product launches, feature adoption and commercial lead generation efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Client Adoption & Feedback Analysis : Evaluate client usage patterns and NPS / CSAT feedback to inform product enhancements and drive adoption.
• Competitive Analysis : Conduct ongoing and ad-hoc competitive research to support segment strategy and product positioning.
• Roadmap & Prioritization Support : Facilitate the quarterly prioritization process, maintain and update product roadmaps, and track / report on roadmap deliverables.
• Team KPI Tracking : Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to monitor team performance against key metrics and goals.
• Presentations and Reporting :   support Product organization on presentations and analysis using powerpoint, excel, and other workflow tools; own and report out on team KPIs and status of deliverables intended for senior leadership.
• Cross-Functional Partnership : Act as a connector between Product and other teams, ensuring analytics, insights, and competitive intelligence inform business decisions.
