• Strong Knowledge of TCP / IP Protocols including HTTP & DNS
• Unix / Linux System Experience mainly in Installation / Managing / Configuration / Decomission / Maintaining Software and Hardware Infrastructure
• Deep Understanding of Load Balancers & Apache Tomcat Application servers
• Administrative Competency will be added advantage in one of the programming language - Python / Perl / Powershell / C#
• Strong Analytical skill and able to manage pressure in Outage situations / Engineering call / Customer Call
• Diagnose & troubleshoot deployment issues in all platforms including Web and Network applications
• Should be able to identify and rectify issues in VPN - SSL, IPSec, Routing, Access Policies, NAT
• Good Communication Skill

Experience Required

8+ years of experience as a WebOps Engineer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in supporting Web hosting platforms / FTP and Encryption protocols.
