Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth capacity assessments, scenario modeling, and lead cross‑functional investigations into emerging topics that impact production planning, supply chain, and business continuity.
- Develop and maintain models to assess current and future production capacity across manufacturing lines and sites.
- Elaborate long‑term capacity planning aligned with required demand, forecasts, and investment strategies.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities.
- Lead investigations into ad hoc or emerging topics such as new product introductions, technology shifts, regulatory impacts, tariffs, or sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain teams to validate capacity assumptions and improvement opportunities, considering process restrictions and quality field complaints.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between General Planning and other departments to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements in planning workflows and reporting.
- Support digital transformation initiatives related to planning and capacity management.
What You Bring To the Team
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).7+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, capacity analysis, or operations strategy.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Experience with ERP and APS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.What to Look Forward To
