Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth capacity assessments, scenario modeling, and lead cross‑functional investigations into emerging topics that impact production planning, supply chain, and business continuity.
• Develop and maintain models to assess current and future production capacity across manufacturing lines and sites.
• Elaborate long‑term capacity planning aligned with required demand, forecasts, and investment strategies.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Lead investigations into ad hoc or emerging topics such as new product introductions, technology shifts, regulatory impacts, tariffs, or sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain teams to validate capacity assumptions and improvement opportunities, considering process restrictions and quality field complaints.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between General Planning and other departments to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements in planning workflows and reporting.
• Support digital transformation initiatives related to planning and capacity management.
