We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to our marketing efforts, as you will drive digital strategies, analyze data and implement innovative growth initiatives. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to create performance-driven campaigns that directly support our pipeline growth and business objectives.

If you have a strong background in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in SEO, PPC and data-driven decision-making, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing department and other internal teams to develop, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns that align with established strategic objectives to drive pipeline growth
  • Develop, manage and execute SEO strategies to improve SERP rankings and increase traffic
  • Use analytics and tracking tools to monitor and report on program and channel performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Plan, develop and manage PPC campaigns across multiple channels while managing budget allocation for campaigns and adjusting bids to maximize return on investment
  • Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends and techniques to keep our campaigns cutting edge
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing team members to ensure campaign alignment, reporting and knowledge sharing
  • Assist the marketing, proposals and sales teams with any requirements and other duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience as a digital marketer, ideally in a dynamic startup or high-growth environment. Experience in B2B marketing is a bonus.
  • Hands-on knowledge of core digital and growth marketing disciplines (e.g., SEO, SEM, A / B testing, content management systems).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, other SEO tools (SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, Bright Local). SEO experience covers key areas such as link building, keyword search, on-page optimization, off-page optimization and site audits
  • Proven ability in executing projects effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teamsSuccessful track record in optimizing email campaigns and improving acquisition funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to leverage data for actionable decisions.
