Project Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a vital part in keeping projects on track, ensuring effective communication between clients, trades, and internal teams, and supporting Alair's high standards of service.

Base pay range

CA$50,000.00 / yr - CA$70,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
• Coordinate communications between clients, trades, suppliers, and team members.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Track project expenses, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure budget compliance.
• Support site operations by arranging deliveries, permits, and inspections as required.
• Maintain accurate records in our Client Control™ system and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Anticipate potential project challenges and escalate issues to Project Managers promptly.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating project meetings and follow-ups.
