Position Overview
As a member of the Client Services team, the incumbent provides tangible support and acts as the first point of contact for the spectrum of retail account clients. In this sense, they maintain and establish solid relationships with clients and identify opportunities for improving administrative processes. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and who is efficient in carrying out administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in maintaining relationships with our clients and business partners by providing tangible support in the various files.
- Assist in strategic client real estate meetings and input all data in the client management system. Prepare reports for operational / internal purposes within the property management system.
- Oversee and execute filing in clients’ files and minute books : create, monitor and maintain client files for better file management and client service.
- Managed the preparation and submission of annual and monthly budgets, providing accurate financial projections and actionable insights for decision‑making.
- Responsible for tracking, modifying and filing all client related documentation. Analyze all new leases and coordinate the input of all data in the property management system.
- Prepare lease proposals, presentations and reports for client meetings and events.
- Create professional presentations using PowerPoint and Canva, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and effectively communicating strategies, performance updates, and recommendations.
- Stay up to date on all active deals and projects. Refer to appropriate sales director or representative in obtaining accurate client data.
- Gather various statistical information used for conducting market analysis for our clients.
- Maintain a close relationship with colleagues to ensure sharing of information.
- Other tasks as requested by management.
Ability to work as part of a small team.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written and French & English.
Skills, Requirements and Qualifications
College or University degree is required.Previous work experience in retail, commercial real estate or service industry is considered an asset.High-level of attention to detail and accuracy.Exceptional quantitative and critical thinking skills.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and in a professional manner.Fully proficient with MS Office Applications (including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).Work hours are performed in a standard office work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
