Comp : $220,000 $250,000 USD / year (DOE & location) + equity or project tokens (standard vesting)

While blockchain is not a requirement for this role, having general awareness of blockchain concepts or prior experience in a blockchain-related company is considered a strong plus.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain reliable backend services and APIs. You will focus on server-side logic, data handling, and system performance using Python, Go, or Node.js . This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building robust systems and are open to working on modern, evolving technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, Go, or Node.js
• Build and manage RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• Work with databases and data storage solutions (SQL / NoSQL)
• Ensure backend performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams
• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing backend systems
• Bonus : Support integrations related to blockchain services, on-chain data, or Web3 infrastructure when needed
