Shipping Clerk and Delivery Assistant

Tasks

• Prepare orders, ensuring the accuracy of items and proper packaging.
• Handle inventory using a forklift to ensure efficient storage.
• Manage package shipping: labeling, tracking shipments, and coordinating with carriers.
• Receive merchandise, verify its conformity, and update inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist the delivery driver 1–2 times per week with equipment deliveries.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements

• Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification or experience.
• Ability to lift heavy loads.
• Knowledge of shipping processes (labeling, logistics).
• Experience with a Sprinter van (asset).
