We support clients in navigating complex policy environments, stakeholder engagement, and program design through robust empirical research.

Our Corporate Reputation service line works with multinational organizations to deliver data‑driven advisory services that inform reputation strategy, stakeholder trust, ESG positioning, and crisis response. We combine deep sectoral knowledge with advanced analytics to help clients understand and shape their public perception.

You are experienced in quantitative research design, with experience leading projects from start to finish. Our ideal candidate is an innovative thinker possessing both drive and intelligence, with a passion for matching science with insight.

  • Driving new business development (25%) while ensuring excellence in project design and delivery (75%).
  • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their challenges, co‑develop solutions, and deliver insights that drive decision‑making.
  • Partnering with best‑in‑class research advisors across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Mentoring and developing a high‑performing team of junior researchers and consultants.
  • Representing Ipsos in client engagements, conferences, and public forums.

What Success Looks Like

  • Delivering insights that “wow” clients and influence decision‑making.
  • Building a reputation as a trusted advisor in public affairs and corporate reputation.
  • Fostering strong, collaborative relationships with clients that lead to long‑term partnerships.
  • Contributing to Ipsos’ leadership in thought‑provoking, evidence‑based content.
  • Who We’re Looking For

  • A seasoned research professional (8+ years) with strong empirical skills and attention to detail.
  • A self‑starter who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering strategic advice.
  • Experienced in the practical application of scientific theory in designing social science research assignments and overseeing projects, including complex survey programs and analytical products.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, regression, segmentation, conjoint). Experienced in SPSS, SAS, R, Excel.
  • Knowledge of social science research methods and ability to advise clients on issues of research design.
  • Comfortable designing studies that push boundaries and generate additive learning.
  • Strong communication skills and someone who values collaboration and enjoys working closely with clients to deliver meaningful impact.
  • Demonstrated success in working with clients delivering strategic advice and delivering quality work on‑time, and on‑budget.
  • Track record of consistently increasing private sector and / or government business revenue through the capture of new work and organic / incremental growth within existing client projects.
